WHO LEADS THUNDER
Maurício Leusin and Matheus Rossini are Thunder's founding partners. They combine education in marketing, data and digital strategy with the experience of a growth agency that also thinks like a consultancy. The starting point is understanding how the company sells, what holds it back and what needs to happen first.
Marketing, Growth and Business executive with over 10 years of experience in multinational consulting and technology companies and the startup ecosystem. Throughout her career, she has led growth strategies, digital transformation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) projects for major companies across Latin America, connecting marketing, sales, CRM, data and technology. She is currently CEO of Thunder Mustard, where she leads the company's strategy, operations and growth.
Operations and Content executive with over 10 years of experience, with an agency career serving major consumer goods brands across Latin America. Throughout her career, she has led content strategies, structured delivery operations across multiple markets and managed projects for leading beverage brands, connecting projects, creative, content and performance. She is currently VP of Operations at Thunder Mustard, responsible for the agency's delivery chain and quality standards.
An experienced Sales and Projects executive. She leads our sales team, combining in-depth knowledge of business, technology and strategy to understand each client's reality and work together on tailored plans for their goals, needs and execution capacity.
